As it is with many of our special masses, the Veteran’s day variety is an all-school Mass. However, the difference between this Mass and all of the others is that this one also is meant to honor our nation’s veterans, whether they are from the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, the Marine Corps, or the Navy. It’s meant to show respect for the veterans of our country that gave up their lives for our freedom, as well as other countries freedoms.

Every year, our school invites veterans, usually relatives of students and faculty, to join us in celebrating Mass, as well as celebrating their service to our country. We’d like to invite these veterans back again not only for this year, but also in the future. If you are a veteran and are reading this, we thank you for your service wholeheartedly. The Mass took place on November 8th, this Wednesday, and was preceded by a breakfast for the Veterans with songs by our students.
