Festival of the Arts Showcases DCC Student Talent on Sunday, May 19

In addition to the art work showcased in the school’s foyer.  There will be choral and instrumental performances along with the Middle School play. The Festival is open to the public and free of charge.

Drawings, paintings, ceramics, and quilling will be on display from students in grades 6-12.  Piñatas made in Spanish class will add a bit of fun to the art work in the show.

DCC vocalists have been practicing their songs and are eager to entertain their audience.

According to event organizer, Mrs. Jodi Stewart, DCC’s Middle School Drama Club will present “The Enchanted Bookshop” by Todd Wallinger.  Students will play well-known characters in books who come to life to save their beloved bookstore.
