A Fun & Colorful Faith Activity for Kindergarten at DCC

Mrs. Felix taught Mrs. Pompeii’s and Mrs.Frank’s kindergarten classes more about God. There were big circles cut out in every color of the rainbow to represent the colors of Skittles. Each circle had a Bible verse written on it with another circle in the same color that had a simple version for the children to understand.

There was a purple circle which stood for Jesus being a king and then a red circle which stood for the blood of Jesus As Mrs. Felix went through all the meanings of each skittle the children would place them in a circle around their plate.

Once they were all done, she came around and poured hot water on the skittles so they bled in a rainbow representing God’s promises. What a beautiful lesson!
