Senior Spotlight: Jonathan Kurtz

Rachel Aravich, Senior Editor

Jonathan has been attending DuBois Central Catholic since kindergarten, he has been part of this wonderful experience his whole life. His has participated in varsity basketball and varsity soccer. He stopped playing sports at the end of his junior year because he had to have ACL reconstructive surgery.

Jonathan is also involved in mock trial, senior class play, and Cinderella the Musical for 2020. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys exercising and playing video games. His favorite school memory were the conversations and laughs with friends at his lunch table throughout the years.

Jonathan is planning to major in physical therapy. One piece of advice Jonathan would like to share with underclassmen is “School really isn’t that bad, just make the most of it”. If he could’ve changed anything about his high school experience, it would have been to have focused on one sport and became the best he could have been at it.
