Tuesday, the seniors took a walk around the school visiting the places many of them began at Central. The seniors signed each other’s uniform shirts, wore shirts from the colleges they would be attending, and carried pennants representing where they were going after high school. Many students gave them high fives and applause and teachers wished them well. But when they reached the high school hallway, the cheers turned to tears. Friends and faculty who have spent the last four years with them and who will miss them dearly greeted them with hugs. It was a beautiful way to end the last senior day with their Central family.
