DCC Third Graders Paint Pumpkins Using Technology and Imagination as Inspiration

Students in Mrs. Erich’s and Mrs. Wachob’s third grade classes enjoyed painting pumpkins during the Halloween festivities this past week.  They took time to consider a design by searching online using iPads for ideas for their pumpkins.  Some chose to create a design from their imagination instead.

One student decided to create a version of Mickey Mouse as a vampire from her imagination.  Another student did his best to recreate a goblin design he had found online.  The students had a great time and were very excited to take their pumpkins home to decorate their homes for Halloween.
