On Tuesday, February 25th, the 1st and 2nd grade classes threw parties to celebrate Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday. Students wore beads and masks and enjoyed an assortments of snacks and treats to enjoy while they celebrated. What a wonderful way to prepare to start the  Lenten season!

Last Friday, Mrs. Pompeii and Mrs. Frank's kindergarten classes celebrated the holiday with a Valentines Day party.  During the Valentines Day celebration, students ate treats made especially for the holiday and played fun games.  They even exchanged Valentines with each other.
